One model, four journeys
How Costa Rica TecHub works
Everything on this platform reads from one shared career framework. That is what lets a job, a course, a mentor and a person's evidence be compared instead of merely listed side by side.
The relationship the model describes
Each step exists because the one before it gives it meaning. A skill without a level is a word; a level without a career is a rung on nothing.
- 01CareerUnderstand the function and ladder.
- 02LevelSee expectations at your current stage.
- 03SkillsKnow what matters and what evidence exists.
- 04Next movesExplore promotion, pivot and adjacent paths.
- 05OpportunitiesFind jobs and experiences aligned to the model.
- 06LearningClose gaps with programs and credentials.
- 07MentorsConnect to human guidance and evidence.
What that looks like for you
The same model, entered from wherever you already stand.
Talent
Describe what you have done, confirm what the analysis found, choose where you want to go, and see exactly what separates you from it.
For TalentCompanies
Describe a role in the framework's own terms, then discover capability by evidence instead of by keyword.
For CompaniesAcademia
Compare what your programmes teach against the skills careers actually ask for.
For AcademiaLearning Providers
See which skill gaps are real and current before deciding what to offer.
Learning ProvidersMentors
Offer guidance tied to a career and a level rather than to a general willingness to help.

What the platform will not do
These are product rules, not preferences, and they are the same for everyone.
- A profile is private until the person decides otherwise, and discovery is anonymous by default.
- No score on this platform is used to reject anyone. Every match explains what was compared and what was missing.
- Aggregate figures respect cohort thresholds, so no chart can identify a person.
- Nothing an analysis suggests counts until the person it describes has confirmed it.
