What AI is used for
Extracting structured information from documents, normalizing skills and roles, proposing career paths, explaining matches and suggesting relevant learning.
What AI does not do
- It does not change your professional history without your confirmation.
- It does not invent employers, titles, dates, metrics or certifications.
- It does not automatically reject a person for a job.
- It does not use protected characteristics or proxies designed to infer them.
- It does not present an uncertain inference as a fact.
Explainability
Every material match is shown with its reasons: which requirements are met, which are partially met, which have no evidence, and with what confidence. A percentage on its own is not an explanation.
Untrusted content
Uploaded documents and ingested web pages are treated as data, never as instructions. The system is designed not to follow instructions embedded in that content.
