P1
Explains purpose, terminology, safety constraints and common use cases for CNC machining.
P2
Performs standard CNC machining work using approved procedures/tools with routine review.
P3
Independently applies CNC machining to complex work, troubleshoots issues and improves local practice.
P4
Designs standards/approaches for CNC machining, leads cross-team implementation and mentors practitioners.
P5
Defines enterprise or industry practice for CNC machining, resolves novel problems and shapes long-term capability.
